Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in accounting or finance, preferably remote.
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general accounts monthly.
• Assist in financial forecasts and budgets preparation.
• Perform regular internal audits to improve processes.
