Job summary

JLL is seeking an M&E Technician to drive maintenance programs focused on system reliability. The role involves routine inspections, preventive activities, and support for emergency repairs, with close monitoring of critical parameters and loading.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering with hands-on facilities experience, and be able to work 12-hour shifts, including occasional travel for urgent support. Strong client focus and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma in Engineering with hands-on facilities engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical and chemical systems.
• Good written and verbal communication, with client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance programs including routine inspections and preventive activities to improve reliability.
• Assist in emergency repairs and troubleshooting of facilities equipment.
• Lead reliability improvement projects and testing/commissioning activities.
• Interface with clients to identify needs and define specifications for solutions.
• Ensure accurate reporting across shift ops, MRM, BAR and related updates.
