Job summary

Lunch Actually is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve our Malaysia branch. As a full-time Relationship Manager, you will drive revenue by meeting monthly sales targets and objectives, reach out to company-provided leads, and close deals while handling sales-related administrative tasks.

You will engage with upscale clients, deliver consultative sales presentations, and manage end-to-end sales activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in relationship management or D2C sales such as insurance, credit card.
• Multilingual ability is a significant advantage due to our clientele base.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• Experience or familiarity working with upscale, professional clientele.

Lunch Actually is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve our Malaysia branch. As a full-time Relationship Manager, you play a key role in driving revenue by consistently meeting monthly sales targets and objectives. Your duties will involve reaching out to company-provided leads, consultative selling, successfully closing deals, and handling sales-related administrative tasks to support your overall sales efforts.

What You'll Do

• Engage with high-profile clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and effectively close deals.
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and objectives.
• Complete post-sales administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, outreach activities, and other business development initiatives.
• Perform appointment booking and ensure qualified prospects are scheduled for consultations.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in relationship management or direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales such as insurance, credit card.
• Being multilingual is a significant advantage due to our clientele database.

• No field work. You will be working in Menara UOA Bangsar, easily reachable by public transport
• No shifting. You will work 5 days a week, 11:00am-8:00pm. Day off: 1 weekend + 1 weekday
