Job summary

Public Bank Berhad in Malaysia is recruiting Sales Representatives to promote financial planning products and assist clients in achieving their wealth and business goals.

You will conduct daily calls from provided leads, build strong relationships with branch staff to drive referrals, and participate in promotional events to boost sales. Training in sales techniques and product knowledge will be provided for fresh graduates as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes with 3 credits in any subject and at least 3 years working experience.
• Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with the desire to sell.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote financial planning products (Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Will Writing, Dual Currency and Deposit) to prospective customers.
• Perform daily calling from leads to secure sales appointments.
• Establish good relationships with branch staff and other departments to encourage referrals.
• Participate in product promotional events to generate more sales.
