Job summary

A leading pharmacy chain in Malaysia is looking for a customer-focused Rehabilitation Product Advisor to advise and recommend rehab products to customers. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and home visits for installations within Klang Valley. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field and ideally have experience in the physiotherapy industry. A positive attitude and initiative are essential for this role, which also requires personal transportation for travel around Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Previous job experience in physiotherapy industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transportation and able to travel within Klang Valley for rehab product installation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise and recommend customer/ patient on the rehab product and pricing based on their needs, rehab program and conditions.
• Knowledgeable and keep up with new / trending rehab related products in the market.
• Able to perform product demonstration for rehab items.
• To handle and solve presales / after sales enquiry.
• Conduct home visit for product installation / services within Klang Valley.
• Other ad‑hoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Previous job experience in physiotherapy industry will be an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High level of initiative & able to work independently.
• Possess a positive and can‑do attitude.
• Able to work in Big Pharmacy outlets.
• Possess own transportation and able to travel within Klang Valley for rehab product installation.
• Able to work on shift (in between retail hours).
