Job summary

Cochlear Limited Malaysia is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Regulatory, Content Development, Localisation, and related operational projects. You will execute project activities, coordinate workflows, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project coordination, strong organisational skills, and experience with project management tools.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
Ability to coordinate projects, workstreams and workflows within governance.
Strong organisational, planning, and follow-up skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Execute defined project activities and work packages within approved plans and timelines.
Coordinate inputs, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities across multiple projects.
Manage project documentation workflows across Windchill, CCMS, TMS, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Record progress, risks and decisions; prepare status updates and handoff documentation.
Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Identify process improvements and support capability development in regulatory operations and localisation.
