Job summary

MSPHitect Sdn Bhd seeks an IT Project Manager for a client in Kuala Lumpur to oversee projects with emphasis on regulatory compliance and governance. The role requires deep knowledge of BNM guidelines, RMiT, cybersecurity controls, and resilience planning across banking systems.

You will perform requirement analysis, conduct SIT, review UAT scripts, and manage changes while ensuring adherence to internal controls and SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory requirements in financial services
• Familiarity with RMiT and IT governance frameworks
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and risk management for tech systems
• Understanding of SDLC and audit remediation processes
• Ability to manage changes and ensure regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to ensure completeness for business and systems
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
• Manage implementation and changes to application objects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Maintain SDLC documentation per guidelines
• Coordinate remediation actions for audit findings within deadlines
• Manage daily project monitoring of timeline, status, risks and change requests
