Job summary

PNE Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking an Environmental Compliance professional to support the Compliance Support Team in ensuring product compliance with global regulations and standards. You will manage banned substances declarations and assist in implementing the EMS across the organization.

The role requires a chemical engineering degree, awareness of RoHS/REACH and related regulations, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Candidates with 2+ years in chemical field encouraged to apply.
• Good awareness of ROHS, REACH, Halogen Free, Prop. 65, PFAS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with market legislation for all PNE products.
• Identify and apply standards for banned/restricted substances.
• Manage materials compliance data and declarations across global regulations.
• Lead Environmental Management Representative duties to ensure ISO 14001 EMS implementation and reporting.
• Support scrap and scheduled waste disposal activities.
