KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse to join the ward team. The role emphasizes providing personalized, holistic patient care using the nursing process, and ensuring all doctor’s orders are followed during shifts.

You will work under the unit manager, participate in nursing rounds, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to maintain quality care and accurate documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform shift duties as assigned by Unit Manager.
• Notify unit manager of changes affecting care standards.
• Handover patient progress reports and ensure doctors' orders followed.
• Visit patients with the team to reassess and replan nursing care.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families; maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct nursing rounds and assist in procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure bed management and efficient resource use.
