Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing care vision, mission, goals and objectives and perform shift duties as assigned by Unit Manager.
• Notify unit manager of changes impacting standards of care.
• Handover patient progress reports and follow doctor orders during shifts.
• Visit patients with the team to assess conditions and re-plan nursing care.
• Provide personalized, holistic patient care with accurate documentation and timely reporting of abnormal findings.
• Conduct nursing rounds, provide emotional support, assist in procedures as needed.
• Execute doctor’s orders and coordinate care with the team, communicating with patients and relatives.
