Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid license to practice in Malaysia (Nursing Board).
• Advance Diploma in Midwifery or equivalent.
• Certification in BLS/ACLS/MTLS/PALS/NRP where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in a hospital unit.
• Follow doctor’s orders and handover patient progress with team.
• Visit patients with the team to assess conditions and re-plan care.
• Support newborns/infants with documentation and reporting.
• Provide maternity care and assist in emergencies as needed.
• Supervise labor progress and assist in CTG interpretation.
• Educate new mothers on self-care and newborn care.
• Maintain high standards of infection control and safety.
