Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Carries out nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements and unit objectives.
• Works shifts as assigned and hands over patient reports accurately.
• Performs patient assessments, plans nursing care, and documents contemporaneously.
• Conducts regular rounds, communicates with doctors, and supports clinical decisions.
• Maintains orderly nursing documentation and ensures orders are carried out.
• Assists in administration of medications and supervises junior staff as needed.
• Ensures equipment, supplies, and stock levels are properly managed and charged.
• Contributes to unit meetings and participates in health education for patients and families.
