Ambition is representing a high-impact regional treasury role based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid arrangement, covering Malaysia, Japan, and the Philippines. You will manage cash pooling, liquidity, and FX settlements while coordinating with regional finance teams across borders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intercompany transfers, loans, and dividends.
• Coordinate FX settlements and monitor daily transactions, bank balances, and facility utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with central bank regulations, internal policies, and treasury frameworks.
• Build and manage banking relationships, evaluating performance and service capability.
• System administrator across banking platforms, managing user access and authorisations.
• Collaborate with local finance teams, CFOs, Tax, and Corporate teams across the region.

The Role

• Overseeing intercompany fund transfers, loans, and dividend payments
• Coordinating FX settlements and monitoring daily transactions, bank balances, and facility utilisation
• Ensuring compliance with central bank regulations, internal policies, and treasury frameworks
• Building and managing banking relationships, evaluating performance and service capability
• Serving as system administrator across banking platforms, managing user access and authorisations
• Collaborating with local finance teams, CFOs, Tax, and Corporate teams across the region

What We're Looking For

A driven treasury professional with regional exposure and a collaborative mindset:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of direct experience in cash management and FX within a multinational, multi-country environment
• Knowledge of treasury management systems, cash pooling, and in-house banking
• Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and decision-making ability in a non-routine, fast-moving role
