Job summary

Evyap Life Chemistry is seeking an experienced Talent Management and Organization Development practitioner to join its regional HR team for Malaysia and Indonesia. You will diagnose organizational challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive initiatives through implementation.

This senior individual contributor role requires 8–10 years in TMOD with strong execution skills, organization design experience, and the ability to work across countries and with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on TMOD expertise.
• Practical experience in organization design, succession planning and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with execution capability.
• Ability to independently manage projects and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute talent management processes including reviews, succession and leadership pipelines.
• Lead organization design and effectiveness initiatives: scope, structure, roles and ways of working.
• Strengthen performance management with KPI quality, calibration and dashboards.
• Diagnose challenges and translate into practical interventions.
• Lead leadership and manager development initiatives and assessments.
• Support strategic workforce planning by analyzing capability gaps and risks.
