Valiram is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the Talent Pursuit & Conversion team in moving offers from approval to signed contracts across Malaysia and regional markets.

Responsibilities include preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts, tracking acceptances, stamping documents, and maintaining trackers and SOPs. This role requires attention to detail and discretion in handling salary data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–4 years HR or recruitment administration experience.
• Experience with offer letters and stamping via LHDN STAMPS is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, check and issue offer letters and employment contracts for Malaysia and regional markets such as Australia.
• Track offer acceptance and manage revisions.
• Stamp signed Malaysian offer letters and contracts through LHDN Stamps on time, and keep a stamping register.
• Administer the Employee Referral Programme: log referrals, check eligibility, track referred hires and process payouts with Payroll.
• Collect pre-employment documents and submit complete files to Payroll.
• Maintain the team's offer and hiring trackers, candidate files and SOPs.
• Coordinate background checks using third party background check provider, and other administrative duties related to recruitment.
