Qualifications

• Bachelor in any engineering or science discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in public-private partnerships, strategic operations and project management.
• Experience strategizing, structuring and negotiating internal-external partnerships.
• Knowledge of high technology or semiconductor industry.
• Experience working across time zones in multi-functional global teams.

Responsabilités

• Strategize. Translate global strategies to regional opportunities, align back regional opportunities with the BU.
• Drive Change. Influence and drive progress in key regional initiatives with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Improve operations. Provide direction on improving administrative cadence and decision making at regional level.
• Build partnerships. Originate, negotiate and execute ecosystem partnerships in Malaysia to accelerate opportunities.
• Leverage public-private partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to position Applied Materials strategically.
• Communicate. Provide strategic directions and core messaging for internal and external communications.
