Job summary

Chaya & Light Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical/medical products industry. The role focuses on promoting and selling medical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies across Malaysia.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a willingness to travel with a valid driving licence. Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills with doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven with a sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical/pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and follow up with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Attend customer visits, exhibitions and other sales activities.
