Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid D driving license.
• Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive, adaptable, and resilient mindset in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM/sales management systems is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and stay overnight for outstation assignments when required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company’s products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, specialists, and wholesalers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and follow‑up visits to secure customer orders and strengthen market presence.
• Identify and prospect new customers and business opportunities within the territory.
• Support product listing activities and promotional initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend sales and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to coordinate customer support and sales execution plans.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, reports, travel itineraries, and related documentation on a timely basis.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide relevant business intelligence to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with the Company’s guidelines, policies, and code of conduct.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate superior or management.
