Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, consumer, or other high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Experience recruiting for retail store positions would be highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local Malaysia hiring channels; exposure to Singapore hiring practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment for retail store positions, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and supervisory roles across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, and career fairs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Partner with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, providing regular updates.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports for HR and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Singapore work pass administration will be an advantage.
