Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to oversee end-to-end store openings, renovations, and relocations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and a network of contractors, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Strong leadership, regional experience, and proficiency with Excel and project systems are essential. Regular site visits, risk management, and cross-functional coordination are expected in this on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil/ME Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least ten years' experience in retail store development, fit-out, or facilities/maintenance management, including three years in project/team leadership.
• Regional experience across Malaysia and Singapore preferred; broader SEA exposure an advantage.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Excellent Excel and project management system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end store openings, renovations and relocations.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate with mall landlords, contractors and internal teams.
• Maintain project records, permits, approvals, drawings.
• Provide weekly status updates and risk reports.
