Job summary
DCH Auriga seeks a strategic Head of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Governance to lead regional quality, compliance and enterprise risk management across Asia. This leadership role focuses on integrating QA and regulatory requirements into growth initiatives, strengthening governance, and enabling cross-market collaboration with country QA teams and Regulatory Affairs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive GMP/GDP knowledge, multi-country experience, and a proven ability to manage inspections,
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Quality Management or related discipline.
- Registered Pharmacist qualifications are an advantage.
- Extensive QA experience in pharmaceutical/regulated healthcare industries is required.
- Proven multi-country quality operations leadership in Asia needed.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional quality strategy and governance framework.
- Provide oversight of regulatory governance and enterprise risk management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness and issue remediation.
- Lead cross-market collaboration and support strategic product introductions.
- Develop country QA teams and build regional governance capabilities.
