Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex capital projects and ensure governance across portfolios. The role partners with senior market and regional leaders to align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

You will lead multiple project managers and cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Quality, Finance, Procurement) and manage budgets, risks, and vendor performance to achieve go-live readiness and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years progressive project/program management experience with 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional projects including warehousing, automation and logistics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce standard project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) in line with corporate standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex capital projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality and benefits realization.
• Oversee governance artifacts (business case, charter, integrated plan, RAID logs, stage gate approvals).
• Manage cross-functional planning and dependency management across Operations, IT, Quality, Finance and Procurement.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change control; address escalations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide executive reporting and decision papers to senior leadership and stakeholders.
