Job summary

GrabForBusiness Planning & Partnerships Manager is based in Malaysia/Vietnam with regional travel. You will own regional planning and growth strategy for Grab For Business, translating market opportunities into prioritised plans, demand forecasts and cross-functional roadmaps while engaging Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

The role splits roughly 70% on planning, commercial strategy and operating governance and 30% on identifying and advancing high-potential partnerships that accelerate

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, commercial strategy and operating governance.
• Ability to engage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in regional planning and partnership execution.
• Proven track record translating market opportunities into prioritised plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional planning cycle, including market sizing, segmentation, demand forecasting and resource planning.
• Translate strategic priorities into 90-day, annual and multi-year roadmaps with milestones and commercial outcomes.
• Build business cases linking customer needs, market opportunity, product capability and investment to GMV or revenue impact.
• Establish operating cadence and a single source of truth for pipeline, performance, risks and actions.
• Diagnose performance gaps and advise on scaling, pivoting or stopping initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing and country teams to align priorities.
• Identify and advance strategic partnerships with a clear value proposition and pilots.
