Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across SEA and MENA, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely delivery. This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on management of multi-country payroll activities.

You will partner with Finance, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to drive process improvements, standardise controls, and build capabilities within the payroll team, delivering high quality reporting and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related discipline.
• 8-10+ years in payroll operations with multi-country SEA / MENA experience.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll / S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and statutory reporting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of regional statutory requirements and payroll controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across SEA/MENA countries.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll runs and off-cycle payments.
• Manage payroll exceptions, controls, and audits.
• Drive standardisation and automation of payroll processes across regions.
• Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and Total Rewards on inputs and reporting.
• Support cycles, bonuses, and variable pay elements.
• Develop payroll team capabilities and measure performance.
