Job summary

PAWGET is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Executive to expand our Malaysian pet-tech platform across Penang, Johor, Kuala Lumpur, or Selangor. This contractor role pays commission for each signed merchant and per-visit compensation, with growth potential as the team expands.

You will meet local pet shops, groomers and boarding houses, build relationships, and sign them up to PAWGET's tools. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply and there is potential for internal moves after the contract ends.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads welcome; attitude matters more than experience.
• Comfortable meeting small business owners in person.
• Based in or able to cover Penang, Johor, Kuala Lumpur, or Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Visit pet shops, groomers, and boarding businesses in your assigned area and introduce them to PAWGET's platform for free.
• Build genuine relationships with local business owners, understand challenges, and guide them through signup.
• Represent PAWGET professionally as a first contact in the field.
• Track and report visits and signups, providing merchant feedback to the team to shape product development.
• Collaborate with Merchant Success team and have visibility with the CEO on regional growth.
