Job summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking an Regional Marketing & Sales Operations Intern to drive regional lead generation between Marketing and Sales across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will leverage a premium tech stack (HubSpot, Lusha, 6sense, Gemini AI) to identify opportunities and support Randstad’s regional revenue growth.

The role offers hands-on experience with data intelligence, multi-channel campaigns, and CRM stewardship in a global listed company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Lead Acquisition & Data Intelligence.
• Targeted Prospecting using Lusha to build high-quality prospect lists for Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Data Hygiene: verify lead data through ZeroBounce before campaigns.
• CRM Management: maintain Stratos CRM and enrich records.
• Market Intelligence: monitor Top Account movements and hiring trends.
• Campaign Deployment: plan and execute weekly outreach via 6sense and HubSpot.
• Lead Routing: qualify leads and distribute to SG and HK teams.
• ROI Tracking: monitor campaign performance from outreach to opportunities.
• AI Innovation: leverage Google Gemini AI to refine scripts and identify expansion targets.
