Our client, an international renewable energy company, seeks a commercially minded Regional Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, market development and marketing execution across Southeast Asia. Based in Malaysia or the Philippines, you will develop localized strategies and lead campaigns to support growth across multiple markets.

You will work with sales, product and HQ teams to engage distributors, installers, EPC contractors and other partners, while localizing content and messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with renewable energy experience preferred.
• Experience in Malaysia and/or the Philippines; exposure to multiple Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and be based in Malaysia or the Philippines.

Our client, an international renewable energy company, is seeking a commercially minded Regional Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, market development and marketing execution across Southeast Asia.

Based in Malaysia or the Philippines, you will develop localized marketing strategies, lead integrated campaigns and support business growth across multiple markets.

Working closely with sales, product and headquarters teams, you will strengthen engagement with distributors, installers, EPC contractors and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional and country level marketing plans for Malaysia, the Philippines and other emerging Southeast Asian markets, aligning campaigns, budgets and KPIs with business priorities.
• Build brand awareness and market positioning for solar PV and energy storage solutions through localized campaigns and consistent brand communication.
• Lead integrated online and offline marketing initiatives, including product launches, industry exhibitions, roadshows, partner events, webinars and digital campaigns.
• Develop channel marketing programmes with distributors, installers and EPC partners, including co-marketing campaigns, promotional materials and partner activation initiatives.
• Manage regional digital marketing and social media activities across relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and company websites.
• Localize marketing content, product messaging and campaign materials for each market, coordinating translations and creative production with local agencies and partners.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to communicate product benefits accurately, generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition and channel growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and channel dynamics, translating insights into recommendations for marketing, sales and product teams.
• Build and manage relationships with local agencies, industry media, associations, event organizers and other marketing partners.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor performance and campaign timelines; track lead quality, engagement, conversions and ROI to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support market-entry and go-to-market initiatives in emerging Southeast Asian markets, identifying suitable channels, partners and local activation opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, with *prior experience in renewable energy required*, such as solar PV, inverters, battery energy storage or related clean energy solutions.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns in Malaysia and/or the Philippines; exposure to multiple Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
• Understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem, including distributors, installers, EPC contractors and end customers.
• Hands-on experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, content development, industry events and channel or partner marketing.
• Strong project management, budget management, agency coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Based in, or willing to be based in, *Malaysia or the Philippines*, with willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
