Job summary

GXBank in Malaysia seeks a Lead Product Manager to own Core Experience and Loyalty across regional banking apps. You will guide strategy, ensure coherent user journeys, and partner with design, engineering, data, marketing and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact experiences.

You will work across MY and SG markets, shaping discovery, personalization and engagement while balancing execution and strategic thinking to drive activation, retention and cross-sell outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer product, growth, engagement, marketplace, fintech or loyalty domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Core Experience and Loyalty across GXS and GXB apps.
• Act as the product custodian for the overall app experience and navigation across GXS and GXB, ensuring consistency, quality and usability across core customer journeys.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience for discovery, personalization, rewards, referral and engagement surfaces.
• Lead the roadmap for homepage experience, profile sections, missions, loyalty mechanics and rewards-led engagement.
• Own and improve horizontal journeys across login, authentication and other shared app experiences.
• Identify high-impact customer and business problems across GXS and GXB and translate them into clear priorities.
• Create scalable product patterns and platforms reusable across markets, products and partner surfaces.
• Drive decisions using customer insight, data, experimentation and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design and analytics to ship high-quality experiences with speed and rigor.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy, trade-offs and execution plans.
