Job summary

OFS Malaysia, part of the MODEC Group, is seeking a Section Lead, IT to lead a multidisciplinary regional team spanning service desk, infrastructure, network, cyber security and IT for FPSO project execution across Malaysia, Singapore and related regional locations.

This role owns end-to-end delivery, governance and the financial performance of the regional IT function, ensuring consistent execution across projects, offices and operating sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven accountability for multi-country or multi-site IT function including matrixed resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT leadership across service desk, infrastructure, network and cyber security.
• Own regional IT roadmap, governance, audits and budget.
• Ensure availability, performance and security across FPSO projects and regional locations.
