Job summary

BD in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Regional Reconciliation and Fixed Assets Process Manager to lead transformation of RTR processes across the region. You will design, implement, and optimize processes, collaborating with cross-regional leaders to drive efficiency and ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP.

This role reports to the Global Process Management Lead and requires 5–7 years in finance/accounting, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of statutory accounting principles, IFRS, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliation and Intercompany processes, ensure timely and accurate close.
• Sponsor global standardization and continuous improvement for RTR operations.
• Monitor KPIs and report reconciliation performance to regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GPO and BPO partners to optimize intercompany processes.
