Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end indirect procurement and CAPEX for Malaysia, driving PMT initiatives, sourcing, supplier negotiations, vendor management, cost savings, and procure-to-pay processes.

You will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to implement procurement strategies, represent the function across Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 5-7 years in procurement, with managerial experience.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently/ remotely if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead local indirect procurement activity and manage annual spend.
• Consolidate category volumes across Brands and Corporate Departments.
• Achieve year-on-year PMT saving targets.
• Track and validate supplier savings and report to regional team.
• Govern Global Procurement Policy adaptations to local requirements.
• Co-lead strategic sourcing processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and supplier selection.
• Develop local cross-functional teams to deploy CMT strategies.
• Increase spend visibility to engage procurement earlier in design.
• Define robust metrics for sourcing practices and risk management.
• Maintain contract repository and manage supplier performance KPIs.
• Lead supplier collaboration and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
