Job summary

Estee Lauder Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior procurement professional to align, prioritize, and manage supplier performance processes including quality. You will drive continuous improvement and Right First Time initiatives, streamline collaboration between Suppliers, Procurement, and Planning, and support transformation of processes for new and existing suppliers.

You will liaise with MM, TPM, Procurement, and QA to monitor projects, enable growth, and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in project management and managerial roles, preferably in Supply Chain Planning, Quality, and Procurement, in global environment.
• Six Sigma Certification and proficiency with MS Office/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and manage supplier performance processes and quality controls.
• Design and implement data-driven processes for supplier quality and procurement.
• Lead quality transformation projects and audits with QA and GSR teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, and Suppliers to mitigate business risk.
