Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Health Enrichment in Malaysia and Singapore seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and governance across indirect spend. You will partner with Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, and Operations to drive value, savings, and compliant procurement processes.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and digitalization initiatives while collaborating regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Proven experience managing supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Experience delivering measurable savings and managing significant procurement spend.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including tender management, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation aligned with business objectives.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and procurement opportunities.
• Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Identify and mitigate supply, commercial, and contractual risks.
• Drive procurement process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Utilize procurement systems to enhance spend visibility and decision-making.
• Support regional and cross-functional procurement projects as required.
