CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to design and implement programs across Data Center clients in SEA. You will oversee organizational programs to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.

The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving proactive risk management across multiple sites in the SEA/APAC region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with more than 10–15 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ideally has managed multiple sites across SEA/APAC region.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information; convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team and impact quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks and procedures, ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational and safety risks; develop and manage strategic risk‑management strategies to avoid potential incidents.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and provide recommendations to prevent risk.
• Monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account; work with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance.
• Work with stakeholders to identify potential concerns, and communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible functional managers.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values; influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Apply knowledge of your discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day‑to‑day and moderately complex issues that may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
