Job summary

BW Water is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives across SEA. You will align policies with laws, client requirements and company standards, coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Operations and construction teams to foster a safe, compliant workplace.

You will develop and drive the EHS strategy, programs and management systems while engaging senior leaders and site teams to strengthen leadership and accountability for safety across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC projects HSE management field (including site installation & commissioning) is essential.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, meticulous working attitude, and a team player.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, governance and management of the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, standards, procedures and initiatives across SEA.
• Serve as the key EHS focal point across business functions, providing professional advice, guidance and oversight on EHS matters.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Company's EHS strategy, objectives, programs and management systems.
• Engage senior management to strengthen EHS leadership and a proactive safety culture.
• Provide leadership and performance management to the EHS team.
