Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Regional Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental standards across ASEAN facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and oversee training programs and sustainability initiatives.

You will lead investigations, standardize practices, and develop metrics while managing budgets and collaborating with regional teams to safeguard communities and operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of dedicated EHS operational management experience overseeing multi-site regional ops in SEA/ASEAN.
• Deep understanding of regional regulatory landscapes across ASEAN countries.
• Practical knowledge of life safety codes, HAZOP studies, occupational hygiene principles, and industrial risk management.
• Hands-on engineering-oriented EHS execution in dynamic operational or manufacturing environments.
• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, or equivalents) are desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, team coaching, and cross-functional project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation capabilities in English.

• Monitor and interpret regional EHS regulations across ASEAN and implement compliant systems at regional facilities.
• Lead root-cause investigations for incidents and near-misses; define corrective and preventive steps.
• Standardize safety measures through best-practice sharing across sites.
• Direct deployment of regional safety initiatives and lead local site teams.
• Design and execute annual multi-site EHS training curriculum covering legal requirements and risk topics.
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.
• Provide site teams with tools and guidance to maintain high safety performance.
• Serve as EHS lead during site acquisitions, expansions, or modifications.
• Collaborate with regional operations and finance to establish safety metrics and manage budgets.
• Establish programs to ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.
