Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a capable leader to manage the on-site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7/365 operating environment. You will ensure contracted services meet uptime, quality, health and safety, and financial targets at the designated site(s).

Lead a professional client relationship to deliver a positive customer experience and drive performance to exceed KPI and SLA requirements across the contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop the on-site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7/365 operating environment.
• Deliver contracted services to the client on agreed site(s) with uptime, quality, health & safety and financial performance in mind.
• Develop a professional relationship with the client to ensure positive customer experience locally.
• Deliver performance that meets and exceeds KPI and SLA targets per contract.
