Job summary

MY Ecoclass in Malaysia is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the organization, strengthen operational controls, improve business performance and support the Directors in driving sustainable growth. This is a key management role with direct exposure to Company Directors, requiring ownership of overall performance and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-location operations, subsidiaries, showrooms, warehouses or networks.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, cash flow and cost control.
• Leadership and ability to coach Heads of Department and key personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute expansion plans with Directors.
• Monitor budgets, costs, working capital and financial performance.
• Establish KPIs, accountability and performance standards.
• Oversee subsidiaries, showrooms and warehouses.
• Lead and develop management team to achieve objectives.
• Provide regular management reports to Directors.
