Job summary

Interiors Aeroservices is seeking a General Manager in Malaysia to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the MRO organization. The role drives growth, financial performance, and cross-functional effectiveness, coordinating with Operations and QA to uphold regulatory independence and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years in aviation MRO with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/management role.
• Working knowledge of CAAM and/or FAA Part 145 regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the business strategy and targets as set with the Director/Accountable Manager.
• Drive growth, new market development, and expansion of service capabilities.
• Represent the company in dealings with customers, vendors, and regulators while maintaining regulatory independence.
• Coordinate with Operations and QA to ensure compliance, performance, and timely delivery.
• Oversee Store/Materials, HR, Finance, and Customer Support to support operations and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day P&L performance, budgets, pricing, and major expenditures to improve profitability.
