Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a Group Finance Analyst (FP&A) to support Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, including subsidiaries, in transforming financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and dynamic dashboards while partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or Business Intelligence experience.
• Experience with multi-entity or regional financial consolidation preferred.
• Advanced Excel-based financial modeling and dashboard creation is essential.
• Power BI or Tableau for data visualization highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning cycles.
• Prepare monthly management reports and interactive financial dashboards.
• Assist in Board presentations and executive summaries for strategic initiatives.
• Manage weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership across the region.
