Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support Southeast Asia financial planning, consolidate forecasts, and prepare executive reviews.

You will partner with country finance teams, equipment and aftermarket leads, manage the SEA HQ budget, and drive standardization and automation across the region.

The role requires 5–8 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with HFM and SAP in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A, commercial finance, controllership, or related finance experience.
• Strong modelling, forecasting, variance analysis and performance management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience with HFM and SAP; BI tools a plus.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Support Southeast Asia financial reporting cadence with weekly updates and monthly forecasts.
• Consolidate regional forecasts across sales, orders, backlog, profitability, and cash flow.
• Prepare executive-ready reviews and performance narratives for regional leadership.
• Partner with country finance teams and business leads to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive consistent analysis and reporting discipline across Southeast Asia markets.
• Coordinate with local FP&A teams for timely, accurate planning deliverables.
• Manage SEA HQ budget, including actuals tracking and variance analysis.
• Support HFM data consolidation, including data validation and lock procedures.
• Drive reporting standardization, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and leadership requests.
