Job summary

The Flexi Group, a collection of coworking brands including The Hive, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a regional finance team across multiple countries. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial health, provide insights, and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in leadership, strong accounting knowledge, and experience with IFRS, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and multi-entity control improvements.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in a leadership position, regional or multi-country level.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask.
• Thrives under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.
• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CA/MIA qualifications are a plus.
• Strong business and commercial acumen; excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IFRS (IFRS 16), tax compliance, transfer pricing, and regional regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Proven ability to implement financial controls, policies, and process improvements across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the regional finance team spanning multiple countries.
• Oversee all finance functions to ensure streamlined, consistently applied processes.
• Review and manage budgets; consolidate data and ensure accuracy in inputs.
• Lead monthly financial reviews including performance and deviation analyses.
• Prepare consolidated group financial statements and oversee annual closing.
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure proper fund allocation.
• Approve payments weekly within governance structures and limits.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
