Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Finance Analyst to oversee finance governance for client accounts in Malaysia, the Philippines, and ANZ. You will ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with site teams and regional operations.

This role spans three markets with an emphasis on actionable financial insights and cross-country collaboration. You will engage in monthly close, variance analysis, and budgeting processes, staying connected with site teams to understand drivers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain finance accuracy for Malaysia, the Philippines, and ANZ before consolidation.
• Build relationships with onsite teams to understand scope and commercial terms.
• Support Regional Finance Lead with data-driven insights and risk mitigation.
• Measure KPIs and identify cost reductions and quality improvements across markets.
• Analyze monthly statements, variances, and provide management commentary.
