The Regional Finance Director is a member of the Regional Leadership team for the Client Account and is responsible for managing effective forecast, reporting and analytics, budget management in line with contractual requirements for client JLL. The role is critical to the success of the Client relationship through driving informative decisions based on the current spend plan, navigating through Client priorities, market conditions and strategic business plans. The expectation from the role is continuous process improvement, innovation through fact-based decision making and driving cost efficiencies. This position provides an opportunity to work with a broad range of areas related to a regional real estate portfolio, including facility management and building operations, transaction management, project management and real estate portfolio planning to ensure the delivery of Client and JLL goals regionally.
Provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the Leadership and extended leadership team as a member of the Regional Leadership team
Act as primary liaison with the Client's Finance teams
Proactively develop and manage client and business unit relationships ensuring expected services are delivered across regions consistent with contractual scope and within budgets
Manage a team with effective strategic leadership, coaching and mentoring
Oversee and coordinate team activities with respect to annual budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles
Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all members of the management team
Develop, maintain and deliver in a timely manner the Client's approved financial formats across the region
Ensure appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions
Develop and maintain all relevant policies and procedures with respect to all financial and support services associated with the account
Identify revenue opportunities by offering value-added services to client and perform financial evaluation for new business proposals
Strong team leader with excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to deliver simple and effective solutions in a complex matrix-based environment

Demonstrated strength in client relationship management skills

Extensive work experience in the Finance Function including prior multi-country experience
Experience of working across a regional organisation with in-depth understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements and governance principles
Business partnering and commercial finance experience
CPA, MBA, Masters or other Finance/Business qualification or Accountancy Qualification
