Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking an experienced Risk professional to lead enterprise risk visibility and ensure a clear view of the organisation's risk landscape. You will develop and maintain the Group Risk Register, consolidating departmental risks into a cohesive picture for senior management.

You will drive consistent risk assessment, calibrate and evaluate risks, and partner with department heads to evaluate controls and craft risk treatment plans to mitigate threats and enable sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Risk Visibility: Develop and maintain the Group Risk Register, consolidating departmental risks into a clear view of the organisation's risk landscape.
• Consistent Risk Assessment: Lead risk calibration and evaluation activities to ensure risks are assessed, rated and prioritised consistently across the Group.
