Job summary

Kerry is seeking an Employee Experience Services Lead for APMEA and Europe to drive day-to-day EXS delivery in the Global Business Services Centre. You will lead the EXS team, align with the global HR vision, and push process standardisation and continuous improvement across GBS centres.

You will partner with regional leaders to attract and develop talent, manage budgets, and ensure excellent employee experience in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with professional HR qualification such as CIPD, AHRI/CPHR, IHRP-CP/IHRP-SP.
• Global HR certifications (e.g., GPHR) are preferred.
• Experience in leading shared services or regional HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Employee Experience Services delivery in the GBS Centre.
• Lead EXS team and align with the global HR vision and strategy.
• Drive simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Partner with regional functions to attract, retain and develop talent.
