Job summary

Kerry is the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, seeking an experienced Employee Lifecycle Manager to lead E2E lifecycle services across APMEA & Europe.

You will manage a high-performing EMS team, drive process improvements, ensure data accuracy and compliance across SuccessFactors and related systems, and partner with HRBPs and payroll to deliver superior employee experiences globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic HR operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record in onboarding, lifecycle services and shared services.
• Experience with governance, audits, and GDPR/compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMS service delivery and drive employee experience.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle services and onboarding.
• Manage complex escalations with strategic guidance and risk mitigation.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Drive automation, digital solutions, and continuous improvement.
