Job summary

WPP Media in Kuala Lumpur seeks an ASEAN Digital Excellence & Operations Lead to drive the regional digital agenda across markets. You will translate global standards into practical market actions, ensure quality governance, and scale best practices across ASEAN.

You will serve as the main ASEAN contact for GDS Offshore with end-to-end responsibility for the regional operating model, service quality, and escalation management.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading regional digital excellence across multi-market environments.
• Knowledge of digital standards, governance and performance improvement.
• Proven ability to manage offshore/shared-service delivery models and platform partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional digital excellence agenda for OpenMind ASEAN with senior digital counsel.
• Own regional oversight of Digital Execution Standards (DES), Ad Technology Standards (ATS) and naming conventions; drive improvement plans.
• Act as ASEAN point of contact for GDS (Offshore); define operating model, scope, RACI and escalation routes.
• Establish regional performance framework to review platform performance; develop benchmarks and playbooks.
