Job summary

Acute Talent is seeking an experienced Regional Data Center Program Expert to lead infrastructure operations, colocation management, vendor governance, and critical infrastructure programs across multiple facilities and geographies.

This senior management role requires a technically strong professional with extensive exposure to data center infrastructure, critical facilities, and complex engineering programs.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in data center infrastructure, critical facilities, colocation, vendor management, and complex engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of colocation management standards across facilities.
• Manage equipment, personnel, monitoring, emergency response, drills, change management, maintenance, and inspection risk.
• Translate requirements into project plans, milestones, and measurable deliverables.
• Track gaps and drive corrective actions through to closure.
• Lead EMS data integration projects and ensure accurate monitoring of IT rooms, power, equipment status, and logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams using project plans, risk logs, and delivery cadences.
