You will collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Risk, and Technology leaders to uphold regulatory compliance and drive service improvements. Strong cloud, scripting, and ITIL expertise are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and production operations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Automation via scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
• Solid networking, Windows OS, and access controls concepts.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary escalation point and operational owner for production environments.
• Lead L2/L3 support and manage regional teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee incident, problem management, DR/BCP, and audits.
• Coordinate release planning and production rollouts with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor service health, SLAs, and daily ticket queues with leadership reports.
• Drive continual service improvement and governance for SOX compliance.
• Communicate effectively with CFO, Chief Actuary, CRO, and tech leadership.
• Ensure financial accuracy and regulatory confidence across platforms.
